It’s an identity kit, not a document
A paystub is name, SSN, address, employer, bank, and pay. Same for a lease or tax form. That’s enough for tax fraud, loans, and fake rental apps.

You cannot un-send it
Delete the chat — the file can still sit in the vendor’s library. Opt out of training later and it doesn’t unwind a run that already started. Samsung couldn’t retrieve the source code employees pasted.
